The paper analyses institutional arrangements of the 65th sovereign financial portfolios in the selected countries: sovereign debt portfolio (SD), sovereign pension reserve fund (SPRF) portfolio and sovereign wealth management fund portfolio (SWF). The first section presents definitions, classifications and trends in setting up of sovereign financial portfolios in the 29th countries. The second section defines the agency model of sovereign portfolio management and analyses the arrangements of management entities in the selected countries. The last section presents the summary and conclusions from the comparative study.
