Creditworthiness evaluation is a classification problem that is faced by the credit institutions. In the paper the authors discuss the results of the leasing company clients classification that are obtained applying linear classification function, k-means method and RBF networks. Numerical experiments are conducted for 71 randomly chosen enterprises that were leasing company clients in 1998. In research the authors use two sets of input variables, that is original data provided by enterprises and indexes evaluated by the credit offices.
