Clients' Loyalty of a Bank



This article represents problems of clients' loyalty of a bank.
The main factors of clients' loyalty of the bank are:
  • a high complication level of bank products,
  • a clients' knowledge level of the bank service,
  • a necessity of an advising and individual attendance for the great part of bank services,
  • a clients' satisfaction level of purchases.
The creating and keeping the high level of clients' loyalty generate the following consequences:
  • a necessity of an extension of service offer and using a complex attendance,
  • a systematical researches of the clients' satisfaction,
  • a differentiation of an attendance form and a distribution net
  • an usage of information function in promotion.
