The aim of the article is to present the idea of reducing the risk connected with foreign direct investment. Due to globalization the close attention was paid to the changes in business environment. The idea was based on wider contacts with insurance and reinsurance companies, arbitration, foreign chamber of commerce and widering the risk insurance tided with foreign direct investment.
